My son had damage his Chromebook and it needed repair. Because of the Geek Squad I did not have to pay out of pocket for any repairs. Worth the investment

Service my computer. Call when finish .service was good.didn’t have to wait in that long line. Took me right away

hoping we never have to use this, but it is nice to know that the computer that my teenager carries around is completely covered. easy decision for the price!

I did not have to use it, which speaks to Best Buys quality of products. Feels like a waste of money to buy this though...
