This is a great Service that helps you with any troubles that you may inquire. I also have two children that get a hold of everything so I was able to get the two-year warranty on my computer and if anything goes wrong, they will repair it for me at no cost. I would highly recommend this.

My absolute FAVORITE benefit of Geek Squad service is the nation locations. Having kids way at college puts my mind at ease knowing that service and help is already set up and right around the corner for convenience!

I absolutely love my accident policy with the Geek Squad! I have two teenage boys and accidents happen. It is wonderful to be able to drop it off and not stress about when things get broken. They have been very polite and easy to work with. For the most recent repair the service center sent it back two times with issues remaining, but the local store was great to work with and made it as pleasant as possible.

They are repsonsive with any questions that I may have.

This protection ended up being a blessing. My daughter's laptop screen accidentally cracked within a month of purchase. The whole machine was marked as not fixable and was replaced at the store with no charge. It took a few hours at the store to actually make this happen but with a good result. Only thing questionable is why my 2 year protection was used completely when only one month was actually used. I could understand taking one year of the protection to make up for the unfixable pc but I think one year should have been reimbursed or put towards the new pc.

Geek squad has been great. I am thankful that I purchased this.

I have leveraged Geek Squad (GS) on numerous occasions and this has been a great addition to having my products and knowing I can count on GS to always be there. Havent had to use, thank goodness but i had one before on my tv. My tv kept messing up and they came out once to fix and it started messing up again less than a minth later. They replaced it with a bigger size brand new tv. It worked. Just didnt like that the insurance wouldnt be switched over to the new tv, but cancelled.

Luckily, I haven't had to use this protection yet, but having it gives me peace of mind just in case. The cost is worth the peace.

The first time I got Geek protection I had a muscle spasm and spilled a little coffee on my end table...... and off onto my computer table. Dead and it was only 11 days old. Took it back and they gave me a new computer. The next time my hands were freezing after pulling a little bird out of the freezing bird bath. I picked up my computer and immediately dropped it on concrete on the corner. It crumbled. They sent it in and put a new skin on it. I wouldn’t own a computer without it. An accident is exactly what it is. A never could happen to you!!!!
