This a must for any gaming console. Especially for a launch console. Better safe than sorry. Also, if you can't live without your console for a day or so, this is a must.

Recently made a purchase online and had a issue with item received whet into store and spoke to accosiate and manager and they was able to correct and fix issue and was good about making sure i was satisfied with outcome

I bought the accident protection because we have ceramic tile floors, one slip and its a goner. The protection gives me piece of mind and is a great value.

Glad i purchased Geek squad protection. It will make my Laptop computer experience even more profound. When the Customer Service associate offered it to me i immediately grabbed it. I was happy to have Geek Squad protection after he explained to me the importance of having it. He also explained to me how easy it was to bring in my new Laptop if needed. I feel secure knowing i have extra protection that i can use if needed. Thanks Best Buy for such a wonderful shopping experience. Best buy has great Customer service.

I would have been out of a computer if not for the Geek squad service plan. I had a dell 2 in 1 that had a faulty camera and fingerprint scanner. I sent it to dell under warranty, and they couldnt even fix the problem! Luckily i purchased the service plan and the Geek squad was 100 times more helpful than dell. I am so happy, they are going to replace the computer in its entirety because they couldnt get it to work, even after ordering new parts and installing them. Thank you!

Who can ever predict what can happen when you are using your computer in several different settings? I never imagined that the accident that rendered my computer inoperable and unrepairable would happen, but when it did, not only did I have the assurance that the computer would be repaired if it could by the highest level of repairmanship, but that it would be replaced if for some reason it was unrepairable.

Best Buy geek squad is the best guarantee that you imagine. Always my family get this option.

I purchased a laptop which i am glad i purchased this protect plan with my purchase. I wasn't stressed or overall with the laptop once it's was damaged. I was notified through the process for the repair. the laptop wasn't going to be repaired unfortunately but i did receive a store gift card with my refund for the laptop and protection plan . Overall good buy i recommend always purchase a plan just in case

Great that they gave me a full credit towards a new computer. Unfortunate that they didn't credit me for the remaining 2 yrs of ext. warranty.

Every time I do it, It feels like a huge investment to buy Geek Squad service. But since I use my devices until they become unusable, it's been worth it. This is now at least laptop #4 with a service plan, and I haven't regretted it yet! Especially since it covers more than just this 1 computer. I've been able to cover other devices as well! I am sure it's more than paid for itself over time.

They replaced the computer after it failed in 6 weeks. That took a week (during which my daughter had no school computer). Then when checking out with the new computer I was asked if I wanted a repair plan. I responded that I had already paid for a four year repair plan. I was told that once a repair or replacement occurs the four year plan has been used and needs to be purchased again. So, buyer beware. A four year plan is only good till your computer breaks (even if it is the day after purchase), after which it is null and void.

This protection will save you a lot of headaches knowing you have no worries and take your product to the Geek Squad. They will work on your equipment and try their best to get it back to you the same day. I was happy with the work they did.

The Geek Squad came in and handled business. I love my TVs mounted. So nice, neat and doesn't take up any space.

Definitely worth the money in case anything ever goes wrong.
