Geek Squad is awesome and really helped me out after I dropped my laptop and it needed a repair. The service agent was so great and helped me with no issue. My laptop was repaired and returned to me in no time. I am so glad that I paid for this service. No regrets at all!

It's good to have a protection plan just in case the computer break down

I find this service to be a life saver everytime I get in a jam. Mostly use the online service to solve my problems. I have not found them unable to help me. The only problem is when I try to use the store now that we have Covid-19 issues. No it is not cheap but it keeps me from running to some store and leaving the computer to be picked up later. So I am keeping it in place unless I reduce myself to one new computer under warrenty and if I buy it at Best Buy at Christmas I get free Geek Squad service, or that is what it was two years ago.

Can be very useful if you are clumsy or tend to break stuff easily.Replacement is very quick.

I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Geek squad is the best, both at the store and home visit. When my issue could not be resolved at the store, they did an in-home visit and resolved the issue in less than an hour. So grateful I got this protection! They don't mind how many times you reach out for their assistance they are always glad to help.

Just for protection for at least the first year in case something accidentally happens.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

Love the laptop. Love the touch screen. I keep forgetting it has it. If you purchase this you will not be disappointed.

I've needed the GeekSquad protection plan twice for two high-value items. It was a lifesaver to have as I was refunded via a gift card and was able to replace both items. The process was smooth, quick and the technicians were incredibly helpful!

I've always purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for any and all of my products in which I buy from Best Buy. In the long run you will save money if your product has to be replaced if you spill something on it or accidentally, drop your purchased items and break it. You can have your merchandise replaced without paying anything. My 3-Year Protection Plan has definitely saved me money in the long run. Think twice before, walking out the store without FIRST purchasing your 3-Year Protection Plan. Take it from me its worth having.
