I am very excited to have a computer that is protected by Best Buy's excellent service. I am giving it a 4 star rating due to the fact that Amazon offers the same protection but for a considerable amount less. I have not used Amazon, but I'm hoping to have a better turnout at Best Buy since they have a brick and mortar store to easily get to instead of mailing in your computer to Amazon.

A must for laptop, never know what could happen to a laptop hardware system or software.

Purchased the 3 year accidental damage plan due to granddaughter using the Chromebook for school work and you never know what might happen to electronics. At least with the coverage, you have some help if an accident does happen and damages the computer.

MY laptop was assessed promptly and I received a replacement without any hassle. Thank goodness for my geek squad protection. Protect your purchase it's worth it.

When I made an appointment at the Mesa store. The gentleman assisted me in transferring documents from my older Dell to the new Dell and worked smoothly.

Very helpful and understanding and communication is great

I like that it provides a variety of protection at a pretty decent value: especially IF I don't have to pay a deductible should anything happen. I don't think it covers loss/theft. and it doesn't cover animal urine ( interesting note in the T&C) I don't have pets but might be important for someone w dogs/cats/nervous hamsters.

I have always purchased Geek squad protection on every laptop I have ever purchased at Best buy and there have been many as all of us in the family use them and buy new ones every year to couple years. I have had to use the protection several times and was extremely happy with the service.

I am self employed and work out of my home and mobile offices. This service has been my lifesaver on several occasions while I've been at home AND at times in front of clients. I love the remote access service they provide. I have used this service for the last 4 years and will NOT be caught without it!
