    The Geek Squad confirmed the lemon status of a third laptop in 2 weeks. Immensely grateful that they didn't put me through hours and hours over weeks discussion before replacing the laptop under warranty.

    I purchased a laptop for my granddaughter that's 7 years old purchased the protection warranty Laptop screen cracked Geek squad replaced it with a new one

    The Geek Squad service plan is worth every penny, if your store has a good geek squad staff. They need to have reps who speak clear English with no dialect since this is technical discussions

    After not getting the protection on my last computer, I decided it would be a must to get the Geek Squad 2 year protection plan, especially if you want to protect my computer investment. The best part is the 2 year warranty covers the screen if it is ever damaged, along with repairs not covered by HP itself.

    I always buy the 3 year accidental damage warranty. I've been buying computers for 3 teenagers, and let me tell you, accidents happen.

    Excellent service if you get mainland support reps

    Felt like I received great customer service, attention and knowledge from the representative that assisted me. Don't call during off hours or you might get routed to a call center in the Phillipines. The state-side technicians are worth their weight in gold.

    Always good to know I have the Geek Squad Protection Plan just in case problems occur. It's worth paying the extra versus taking the chance of something happening and having to buy new versus it being fixed.

    The agents did everything when I bought my laptop for college. They still take good care of my baby as I progress towards graduation. If you spend all that money investing in your gear, why not invest in the maintenance?

    When my laptop had some issues, I could just return it get a better one with paying the difference. The first branch I visit did not honor this warranty, so I had to visit another one. It’s worth it but there could be some branches which try not to honor this.

    I needed additional protection for this computer especially since it is for my son who is going off to college. He can take it to a Best Buy near his college should something go wrong.

    Took my brand new laptop up here for the first time and got my computer optimized and more storage added onto it. The men there were very helpful and informative on some things I did not know after purchasing a gaming computer. Definitely recommend.

    So far the money I have spent has saved me a bunch of money. The only negative is during the pandemic getting service with out waiting a lot of time has been difficult. Also it is very difficult to schedule any time without waiting 1 week or longer. If you need help now it is almost unheard of. So this has been a problem.
