So far I haven't needed to utilize the service but I'll go on previous experience in rating them

I truly think investing in geek squad is definitely worth it, especially is you have a lot of electronics like myself. In the past few years I have purchased a laptop, 4K TV, kindle, new Samsung phone, google nest cameras and they cover it all!

Geek squad is a great company with very knowledgeable employees! Would recommend!

I have had a contract with the Geek squad for several years and it was a good way to take care of an old computer, so I have kept the plan with my new one.

The agents set up my computers for my business. My previous computer stopped working and they were able to set up my system. Great attention to detail. Great experience working with them. They also provided in office asssitance for any computer issues.

I made an appointment on line , went to the store and was seen on time and he helped me with my problem which was my fault not the computers.

Great help selecting the product. He was very professional help me with everything I need.

I purchase Geek Squad on all of my purchases. Gaming consoles, laptops, etc. I recently bought a 3 year Geek Squad for a new laptop. The service is great as always! It’s been very helpful to have on all of our devices. We wouldn’t go without it! Thanks!

Would recommend... everything is expensive to fix. And yes things always go wrong. Used on my past laptop and if need be will use on this one

got this just for the piece of mind since my last laptop got a crack on the screen and I didn't have this

Always get the Geek Squad Protection. They are always helpful with any products I have gotten with this protection

I've purchased and used this plan for a laptop years ago. It got me a new harddrive that was replaced in 1 day at no cost to me. I also appreciate that the rep didn't make any attempts to render my claim invalid like most companies do.

Worth it for peace of mind on your more expensive items. I submitted a claim for a device nearly reaching its protection end date and Geek Squad took care of me quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Always add geek squad to my purchases. Hacr only had to use a couple times but always honored with zero issues

I had one month left on my 2-year protection plan and my laptop screen started flashing. I immediately took it to Geek Squad and they sent it out for repairs. Everything came back as good as new so I’m so thankful I had the protection plan!!!

I originally bought this because someone I work with used to work for best buy and swore by it. Used it for a screen repair had it back after about a week. There was a problem with the operating system geek squad worked with me and got me into another computer. Highly recommended it covers everything.
