Glad to know that i can being laptop in for practically anything. Feels secure that i can have laptop repaired at no additional cost.

I’ve had my crome book for over a year now luckily I had no issues with it and I use it all the time for work and school but my brother whom also bought the same chromebook had damaged it but the geek squad warranty had no issues with replacing it. It was definitely worth the money.

I called just about questioning stuff very friendly and found out more then was trying to great people

The Greek Squad was able to set up my computer in one day! We have not had to use any of their services yet, however gives a piece of mind if needed. We have policies on several other items and we have had to use this service. Always pleased!

Have not needed this support yet but it is great to know that I have it in case anything goes wrong. I have used it in the past for other products with zero hassle and is why I will continue to get it and shop at Best Buy.

Did not get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the this item but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.

I have old computer before and has broken screen with slow uploading the pages , The model was discontinued my covered with geek squad give me credit with the same value of my computer to get any brand with this credit or I can get more expensive one and I pay the difference , highly recommended

Warranty works great, but disappointed when the cracked laptop screen could not be replaced and we received a store credit, which would have been fine, except to replace the laptop with the same spec was now $400 more for the laptop and more expensive to repurchase the coverage.

Yes, my Chromebook has broke. I took it in and the help service was wonderful. They fixed my equipment and return it to me.
