Having protection is a big deal in my household im greatful.

We always purchase GSP's on all of our electronics. It is rare that we have had to use it, but when we have they squad has always been very prompt to get us all taken care of :)

Great Warranty for 1 Year in accidental i'm so happy

I have had two different episodes with my laptop computers where they needed to be replaced, and each time there were no questions asked and the Best Buy people took great care of me, replacing them with new laptops.

Excellent warranty for my new computer if i will have an accidente o have the certain they cpul repair it ir change it.

When I went to the store I had in mind a Apple device but then the sales person explain how great and all the great technology this one had and I could not pass the opportunity.

Purchased for the new Dell and exactly what I needed. Been a year and haven't needed it yet, but grateful for just in case.

Great. Came in handy a year later when my screen went black and had to bring in. Now today I get to swap it out because it was not able to be fixed

Always recommend geek squad, i can not believe how many times i have reached out to them even foe the smallest of requests and they are always helpful.

Laptops have limited lifespans compared to desktops. Bestbuy has a wonderful plan that have added years onto the product use. Better than having to buy a new one every year or two.

I wouldn't live without Geek Squad. I depend on them 24 hours 7 days a week. I know if something is wrong I don't panic because I know I have them.

I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

These are life savers. Truely. I had a computer right at the end of the warranty suffer a critical failure and they completely replaced it no quesitons asked.

I recommend almost always getting the Geek Squad protection. They are so much easier to work with than the actual warranty through the company you are buying through.
