Geek squad works great. I always get the protection because I’m not Tech Savy. They are always helpful and make sure the product is fixed or new.

They are fine, they help in a pinch and are rather knowledgeable. Some are better then others

So far, all of my issues have been handled professionally, and in a very friendly manner. Notifications for time frames to have work done could stand monitoring and improvement. Overall, very satisfied.

Good idea to have a warranty on the laptop. If something happens they can fix it.

Our last laptop, an HP, crashed after only 18 months. The Geek Squad helped us recover our data and get it installed on the new replacement (I Dell I also reviewed). We decided to buy the 3-year Geek Squad Protection Plan for the new one as well.

Love geek squad protection. The accidental service is a must have because you never know what could happen to you new product.

This added protection gives peace of mind, but more importantly, it can back as a lifesaver on a recent purchase. It is a good deal.

I almost always take GeeK Squad Protection because you never know when things can go wrong. And if you break the cost down over the coverage time it is really inexpensive for peace of mind

Nice knowing they will fix it if anything goes wrong definitely worth buying the extended warranty
