Geek Squad has shown to be knowledgeable in resolving issues with devices and repairing and/or providing information in a reasonable amount of time.

I liked this item because it is my very furst laptop and its easy to use and very very affordable.

Whenever I buy electronics from Best Buy I always get the added protection plan. It usually covers everything I need it to and gives me an extra assurance.

I think that for the price that I paid for Geek Squad, it is not worth it. I would prefer to have a plan that allows customers to replace items with newer items. Especially for the product a customer pays for. Overall accidental protection is great but is not really used for those who are very careful with their items

For me this is a no Brainer, laptop for my 15 year old. No matter how careful he is, something always breaks.

guess the sales person lied ( big shock). bought the 4 year and brought in laptop because the speakers stopped working they need to ship it out it will take three weeks. will not ship back to my kid at school after repairs asked to just refund me for the protection plan and ill keep the laptop

Purchased the 3yr Geek Squad Protection as they always stand by their service for their products.

Never had to use it but it’s worth having, you never know when you will need to use it. Better safe than sorry

A warranty is always on my must do list when I purchase anything and the best warranties are from Best Buy.

They are a blessing! Especially when it comes to someone like myself who has tons of questions!

Although it is not a very expensive computer, it is worth protecting the investment.

Geek squad is great and hopefully I do not have to use it but I know they will have my back if I need to use them

When you have kids and dogs this is a life saver. Have already used it because our dog ate through our cable. This came in handy to get it fixed.

This is basically a necessity, I don't know what I would have done without it

Wasted roughly 1 1/2 months of time shipping my laptop back and forth 3 times to their service center, only for them to manage to break it some way new every time, not the geeksquad workers fault domestically at the stores-but rather the people at the kentucky service center... Got my computer refunded but had to waste a whole lot of time and talk to a whole lot of people
