I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

I find this service to be a life saver everytime I get in a jam. Mostly use the online service to solve my problems. I have not found them unable to help me. The only problem is when I try to use the store now that we have Covid-19 issues. No it is not cheap but it keeps me from running to some store and leaving the computer to be picked up later. So I am keeping it in place unless I reduce myself to one new computer under warrenty and if I buy it at Best Buy at Christmas I get free Geek Squad service, or that is what it was two years ago.

We service was fine. Laptop was sent out took a couple of weeks to repair.

Geek squad is the best, both at the store and home visit. When my issue could not be resolved at the store, they did an in-home visit and resolved the issue in less than an hour. So grateful I got this protection! They don't mind how many times you reach out for their assistance they are always glad to help.

You can have your merchandise replaced without paying anything. My 3-Year Protection Plan has definitely saved me money in the long run. Think twice before, walking out the store without FIRST purchasing your 3-Year Protection Plan. Take it from me its worth having.
