Geek squad is so awesome, I used them a few times when my computer crashed, worth every bit of money

Worth every penny. Having a student, you know accidents are going to happen. Great product and service.

It was not expected that Best Buy would cheat the customer, I had bought an excellent open box laptop online from Best Buy, which was in a very bad condition. the paint was peeling from the corner of the laptop and the 14" laptop was kept in a 24" x 16" box without a spot, the charger cable also looked very old, I'm thinking of a case for Best Buy's fraud. do

I had a complicated situation by buying online and not exactly knowing all of the ins and outs of what I purchased. When I went into the store, Eric was so helpful and got me all straightened out. He explained everything to me and set up my computers.

We’ve had that one time and Best Buy’s Protection Plan are reasonably priced and extremely hassle free. Protect the items and also use common sense on the items you should get a protection plan. That would be my recommendation to people.

Geek Squad is there to help with all of your entertainment and tech needs! I will forever always get Geek Squad protection on all of my electronics and tech gear that i purchase from Best Buy! I will be using them for the first time in 2 years for my Samsung Galaxy Chromebook as the screen got cracked after it accidentally fell 1 foot off of the ground.

The Geek Squad is on top of thier game. I broke the screen on my new HP ENVY and brought it in to the fellows on the Squad. The guy was friendly and understanding. He got the paperwork done quickly and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. I have no trouble tracking the progress of the status of the repair. I totally satisfied with the whole the process. Thank you Geek Squad!!! GO GEEK SQUAD!! Y'ALL RULE GEEKLAND!!

Just purchased with our new laptop from Bestbuy. Nice to know we have protection beyond the manufacturer.

A message to review seeking services. If the product hasn't been used (like a brand new support service) then don't ask for a review. How do I know it's any good? Use your database for something. Please! I have always had great experience with Geek Squad though which is why I get it for all my products. But I haven't used it for this product yet. and Hope I don't for a couple years.

We haven't always gotten this protection for us adults, but have never regretted getting it on our kids' laptops! Things seem to happen to those & we are always grateful to have this option for getting things fixed!

I bought the service and although I haven't had to use it yet my techie friend recommended it, and I'm reassured that I have it available in case anything goes wrong. The salesman who helped me was very professional and helped me through the process and I appreciate that!

Thank goodness we took out this protection for one of our computers. It got to where it wouldn't load up the home screen and turned out it was a hardware problem. Getting the repair done was as easy as dropping the computer off at the store and picking it up when it was finished. And no charge. I won't be without this protection on any of my electronic devices.

Glad to know that this is available if needed in the future.

If you do not purchase Geek Squad service, you are shooting yourself in the foot. There is no better protection for your device(s) than this service. It is well worth the cost. Do yourself a favor and get this service; unless you don't care about your devices breaking or paying for any issues that come up.

GET BEED SQUAD. You never what will happen. I purchase it, even when I think nothing will happen. Recently, I purchased for my laptop. 9 months later, my nephew spills water on it. Geek Squad covered it. Was able to get a new laptop ordered that same day.

The agents were extremely helpful. I recently damaged my computer and geek squad immediately took me in and explain to me step by step what the process is to getting it repaired

I haven't used this service yet and am confused about what it covers. I thought it would also help me get consultation and troubleshooting from the Geek Squad, but now I think that service is extra. All their coverages are very confusing to me and not as easy to access answers to as I thought. I gave it a "Good" because the price for the coverage of the computer itself seems reasonable compared to the other computer chain I just shopped at and returned the computer to.
