I've had this laptop for almost 2 years now, and I must say I am surprised how well it's still performing. its still cool and no heating issues. It also runs games pretty smoothly. 10/10 must get.

For the most part it's a quality product, although sometimes the speed is less than expected

Amazing service from everyone in the Geek Squad, to helping me figure out what laptop i needed for school, to getting a protection plan to better serve my needs.

This protection plan really helped me feel like I was fully set for any situation my device goes through instead of feeling that panic when I realize my laptop is a little too close to that ledge of the table.

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.

It’s very easy to setup an appointment with GeekSquad. I’ve had to use them twice for a broken screen and broken usb port on a laptop.

The Geek Squad set up the tv quickly and efficiently. They adequately answered my questions. I have not needed to use this accident coverage so far, but I am glad to know I have it in case I would need it.

I bought this protecting for my new laptop. What I can say is if you’re an individual who is very safe and cautious with your new technology, this would be unnecessary for you. Also, the company that you buy the laptop from would already give you a year warranty with your purchase of the device. On the other hand, if you tend to accidentally break things or are clumsy in some way, or have bad luck, this would be a great protection for you to have. Also, if your devices tend to break on their own or if anything happens to the screen, you’re covered.

I had a computer that went out and they gave me a gift card for the value. Sometim s geek squad can't do much which can be frustrating and they say things aren't covered or I have to pay for them just to ship it after I paid for the service.

First time purchasing this with a laptop, but it definitely paid off. Dropped my laptop around 8 months in and it scratched up the screen and caused chips to the body. With the protection plan they refunded me the full amount of the laptop since apparently the screen wasn't something that was fixable.

Its always a great buy, my screen got busted and best buy geek squad took care of it and in only 6 days my laptop was as good as new, love this accidental plan warranty, you guys are the best!!!

I purchased the accidental protection for my ASUS Chromebook due to having little ones in my home. However, I am hoping I don't have to use it.

Most of the time I am on the road working. I am degreed in electronic technology. In the old days I use to fix my computer and call it a day. Know that I am away from home most of the time, I don't have the time to troubleshoot a family member's PC if it stops working. Geek squad has more than paid for itself by fixing a start up issue with my son's computer. Thanks Geek Squad!
