Other stores when you pay for their protection you have no idea what you are getting but with Best Buy Geek Squad you not only get protection for your device but you have access to a team of dedicated folks that care about your issue and want to help you with any questions you have with your device! Definitely a repeat customer and will continue to be!

It doesn't matter what i need help with, Geek Squad Protection does it. From getting my computer set up or repaired to helping with a home theater issue, they get it all done at little to no cost. The Protection plan pays for itself with your first use!

I showed up 45 minutes early and they offered to look at my laptop on the spot. It was an easy fix, but would of taken me way longer to do all the steps correctly. The guy was friendly and had a fine sense of humor, so refreshing! Laughter is awesome stress reliever.

Anything that comes in handy like the 3 year guilt free protection for massive purchases like the laptop was an amazing deal that delivered and even though i did not get to use it the return on it was guaranteed for my money back which makes it even better for accidental purchases.

Haven't had to use it yet so not much other to say then it's a good way to protect your devices should something happen. Just anticipate having to replace the entire device as opposed to recovering anything. So try to keep important things on a hard drive external hard drive.

As always I bought geek squad and I always will! Everytime I have an issue it's taken care of and ot's perfect as amom of 3 who has accidental damage sometimes.

High recommend, the protection plan is not like the other where you buy it and something happens they want you send it out or they just give you a hard time. It’s all done in house you take it in they fix it or swap it no hassle must have for mom and dad with kids

With current electronics prices and the unpredictability of their durability, it feels good to have a protection plan, especially from the place that sold me the item. The protection plan with accidental spill and drop coverage is definitely worth the cost for my laptop.

Bought for my Sister, as she got her 1st computer and as I do not want to be answering a gizzioln questions, or have to go over and fix things that she might screw up, this is peace and assurance in a program. Just wish there were more Geeks so they could handle issues quicker. The staff are great, professional, and always precise and accurate in there communication.

Don’t buy an expensive product without this service. It’s a must have to insure any high value item is covered. I’ve had to use this service in the past and the protection is awesome

I absolutely love this laptop. My daughter ended up "stealing" it from me to play Roblox on it, so I started looking to get a replacement and am so bummed they don't have this or something similar to it anymore :(

I am so happy i purchased this. I accidently spilled some water on my laptop and ruined the mother board. This warranty covered 100% of the repair. Needless to say, i will not be drinking water near my laptop again. Do yourself a favor and buy this additional protection .It saved me almost $400

Highly recommend using Geek Squad. Over the years I have had a couple of incidents where I was not able to resolve an issue. Geek Squad was a le to resolve the issues in all cases but one via the internet. Tge one where I had to take the computer in was resolved quickly and I have had no issues since.

I am new to IOS MacBook. It was a small challenge but Apple and Best Buy make it so simple. The transition was easy and the geek squad amamzing.

Geek squad is a nice perk to have. Ive used them in the past. Its extra security for your electronics.
