Much needed productivity keel my daughter laptop protected

I had to replace my laptop 6 months after purchase. However, once my laptop was replaced, Best Buy canceled my 3 year plan, So, instead of honoring the remaining 2 1/2 years by applying it to the new replacement, if I still wanted coverage, I would have to now purchase the Totaltech plan. So, this means that if I get coverage for the new laptop, then in a 6 month span, I will have now basically purchased TWO plans for ONE laptop. This makes the Geek Squad plan worthless and costly, since the manufacturer's warranty would've covered the cost WITHOUT any additional coverage. Hopefully Best Best can make some adjustments to their replacement policy.

I went in for a consultation for my laptop. The agents were very knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly determined that I needed to have my pc shipped out. I was quickly notified when it came back in!

This protection plan is a must. It covers my device from accidentals.

Perfect size for my garage. Tv is clear and sounds great.

I went ahead and purchased the $140 for one year warranty. Hopefully if anything happens to my computer there isn't any fine print and they actually honor the warranty. Otherwise the $140 is extremely high, I think. On the other hand, hopefully I never have to use it. I'm going to mark "yes" for if I would recommend to a friend, which I am still on the fence about. It's a required field, so I have to pick one.

Haven't had to use it yet but knowing it is there for everything it covers is excellent. Great peace of mind knowing this coverage plan is there in the event anything were to happen to the device, especially since it is owned by my teenager.

I love using Geek Squad, I worked at BBY for a while and even after I left, I ALWAYS get the geek squad and accidental coverage.

Love I take my item to geek squad and they can help me trouble shoot the problem.

I didn't actually need to use this but I wish I could because I kneeled on my computer and now I can't use my geek squad thing.

I bought this with my computer and it is great it has an easy set up and will definitely help me if anything happens with my computer

I'm glad I got the warranty since I'm clumsy and a lot of drops and skills occur at home lol and with the warranty the laptop gets replaced for free as long as you can give it to them and they can't fix it, or they'll fix it for you

If something happens in 2 years with ur device you can get a brand new one with no worries

Please make sure get the warranty! It’s worth it for the clumsy folk like me.

Love having the geek squad! Everything I open from Best Buy, is covered by geek squad, they go above & beyond to help in any situation that may arise.

Best thing to have if anything goes wrongnyou go to Best Buy and there Geek squad is there to help you with any problem that arises.

I haven't had to use it yet for my wife's new Laptop, but it's handy, and They make it right when it's needed. I've bought this before on some items, and BestBuy and the Geek Squad has always worked it out for us. Thanks!
