Best Buy honors the warranty without questions asked. My son had an ASUS gaming computer that had a problem with the battery. They were not able to fix computer so they refunded the total amount we paid so he could purchase a new computer.

I haven't had to use the warranty yet but I did receive the information I needed for future use If I need to.

The Geek Squad agent offered this product to us based on the service history with our last PC. It will provide us with security of knowing our new PC will be protected.

I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

I have rarely had to use a protection plan but with things being made more cheaply it’s probably a good idea for expensive stuff

Buy something nice, you need to protect it. A bit expensive, but can be worth it with a disaster, like a dropped laptop

I went to you're store and got a one year protection plan at the geek squad But the Reason why I did that I was having problems with my computer And needed a power cord So they told me it was going to be mail to me on September 2 and I haven't got it yet

I purchased this three year Accidental Geek Squad insurance for my ASUS Laptop computer. So far I have not filed a claim but am happy to know I have it in case I need it.

Great Chromebook. Just as good as a full laptop. I purchase all my appliances from Best Buy because I'm assured a quality product and great service when needed.

Hopefully you never need to use it. But it's good to have. The downer is that you'll have to go without the device while it is being serviced. Most of the time the repairs are adequate. Getting an appointment for a GS visit at the store is a pain.
