Well accidents happen and when they do; we will be covered. We have not used this service but i'm hoping they do an amazing job if we have to.

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

I absolutely love Geek Squad protection plan. The Geek Squad workers are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The agents mounted my TV and I bought a great frame to hold the 65 inch Sony thanks to Danny at the Clearwater Store
