Always take advantage of them. Having additional protection is worth the small cost.

Good for peace of mind, if rather expensive. I have had a laptop begin to have display issues in the past and brought it in 3 times at which point they gave me credit for the initial cost of the laptop.

On my Laptop for sure, 3 years! Its a computer and fragile, plus i cracked my screen last time!

I have to buy another insurance for the one they replace since its a one time use only... They won't tell you that till you'll need a replacement ....

I think that when you buy something with this kind of price tag you better protect it because I know I would be devastated to lose this and just have no promise of having it fixed, although my charging cord did get mashed up and being a rated brand they didn’t have the replacement cord and told me to rebuy it and submit the receipt which is one more hoop than I wanted to jump through at this price tag

Haven’t had any problems so far even thought my service expired last month. Might keep it or look for a desktop. But all in all great service
