    Geek Squad is okay. They attempt to fix the problem and if they cannot after three tries, then they offer to replace the laptop with the exact same or one of equal value. It is possible that they will have to send the laptop off to be fixed if they cannot fix it in the store.

    The service is ok, I tried to set up an appointment. I did one time to set the appaointment and they never call back. i did found they sent but not enought to get youir attention. Maybe they are busy and ignore the calls.
