    Have not used warranty. It's suppose to cover any accidental damages. We will find out if something happens

    The agents set up everything quickly and efficiently. They were prepared for everything needed. They also showed me how to use the new tv and showed me how to use the equipment. They Leo said to reach out with any questions I might have after using this new tv.

    I doubted to buy protection for my new laptop but decided to get it, after one month of use the charger fail and got it replaced at no extra charge plus every electronic device that you buy under your account, is covered automatically

    Geek Squad Protection is definitely worth it for peace of mind. As a college student, it’s nice knowing that if something breaks or stops working, Best Buy makes the repair or replacement process easy. The staff is helpful and explains things clearly, which saves a lot of stress and time. If you rely on your tech for school, Geek Squad Protection is a solid backup to have.

    Great PC, Horrible Shipping Service

    I bought this laptop six days ago and wanted to give a real review on it once I received it and had a few days to use it. I can honestly say that this laptop is a great machine! Why pay $2k or more for an Alienware laptop when this computer can handle all the games and tasks that you throw at it without a single interruption or any lag? * DISPLAY: The display on this laptop is amazing. It has a crystal clear picture and I haven't noticed any stuttering or tearing of the picture whatsoever with this laptop! It definitely delivers on FPS! * KEYBOARD: This is a membrane keyboard and I prefer those over the CLICKY mechanical ones. I like soft touch and silent keyboards more. But the response time on this is not bad at all! It's actually very good! I love how quick my games react to it. * SOUND: This is definitely a con. I don't know if it was just my speakers or not, but when I listened to some music through them, it sounded like sound coming from a tin can. Luckily, I had some Logitech desktop speakers sitting in a nearby closet, so I pulled those out and connected them to the headset port on the right side of the laptop. Much better! It was a quick and easy fix for me. For anybody getting this laptop, I would highly recommend investing in a pair of desktop speakers as well. It will make all the difference, because the sound on this laptop is not the best. I don't know if it's because they have small speakers in them, so they are limited on what they can accomplish, or if it was just my laptop. Either way, it's a small problem that was easily fixed, so it's nothing I'll be returning my PC over. * STORAGE: This laptop advertises that it comes with a 1tb SSD, and while that may be the case, you only have 800-something to play around with after OS and everything is installed. It also comes with a bunch of bloat apps and such that could have been kept out. It's not Dells fault, though. It's stuff that Microsoft crams into their Windows 11 software. I did a full uninstall of all of them before I really started playing on it. * WHAT I WISH: The only things I would have wished for upon receiving this laptop is that it would have been a touchscreen. That would have been a nice addition for the amount of money that it cost. I paid a little over $1,700 for it after taxes and shipping. More on the shipping next. * SHIPPING: This is a CON! A huge con! When I purchased this laptop, I paid A LOT of extra money to have it overnighted to my house the following day. I work in shipping, so I know all the different options that FedEx and UPS offer, and how much they typically are to ship each thing out. Needless to say, I was NOT happy with my shipping choice. I paid the equivalent for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping, and they took that money and gave me FedEx Home Delivery shipping instead, which is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than what I paid for. So they basically took my money and bought me a cheap shipping option that would still get it to me overnight, just not for the amount I paid. And they pocketed the rest. I get that they're a business and that they have to make a profit, but they already made a profit off of the laptop, which cost $1,700 and some extra dollars after taxes. They should have given me a more fair and decent shipping option. I will definitely be reaching out to Customer Service and looking for a shipping refund for that. Because I know for a fact that FedEx Home Delivery shipping is nowhere near as expensive as what I paid to have it overnighted to me. Not by a long shot! Bad business choice on their part. Otherwise, solid and wonderful machine!
