I haven't needed the warranty yet (fortunately!) but it is a nice security backup for my often times clumsy self. Good insurance as getting a laptop worked on these days usually costs more than you would believe. Think costly car repairs on your BMW!

Geek Squad protection is always a must with my purchases. Never know when something could happen. Service is always professional, prompt, and thorough. Highly recommend! And, the Total Tech Support is wonderful!

The computer has been perfect. Battery life is amazing too!

this is a good option protection after the manufacture warranty expires, protects you for anything can happen during the normal use, the bad thing is that even they sell is international is not. just not easy to have the protection on a trip or international travel, yuhae to wait until you come back to USA

The whole process of getting my laptop replaced was, just that, a process. I had to call geek squad support multiple times talked to multiple different departments, and at the end of the day they didn't even replace my device they just gave me a gift card and I had to buy a whole new computer. Also I find it crazy that I paid for a 3-year geek squad plan only used it for 4 months and got zero reimbursement for the other two and a half years.

Geek squad is so helpful they are able to assist when problems occur with devices. They also explain how to utilize products you have brought or are considering purchasing. I also enjoy their quick repair, and easy scheduling.

What's there to say about The geek squad warranties other than fantastic bring whatever you've applied this warranty do a Best buy store and they'll either repair it or give you a new one even when you're on vacation in another state great warranty

Best purchase I ever made. Being a student and panicking when your laptop starts to dysfunctional and with COVID, everything Is remote. Thanks to the total tech and geek squad support, all my worries were taken care of.

I went ahead and purchased the $140 for one year warranty. Hopefully if anything happens to my computer there isn't any fine print and they actually honor the warranty. Otherwise the $140 is extremely high, I think. On the other hand, hopefully I never have to use it. I'm going to mark "yes" for if I would recommend to a friend, which I am still on the fence about. It's a required field, so I have to pick one.

I went in for a consultation for my laptop. The agents were very knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly determined that I needed to have my pc shipped out. I was quickly notified when it came back in!

You never know when life throws you curve balls, It's always great to protect your investments. I haven't had to use my geek squad yet but its nice to know I have coverage.
