    bought a new computer felt I needed them to transfer the stuff. It was a drawn out affair, with multiple appointments, missing data, non working programs, and etc. Eventually it was done, but when I needed tech support on line or by phone with issues it turned into a hassle. Ended up using a different provider, and paying them as I needed. Already looking at replacing this one year old computer, next time will go somewhere and have it built to meet my needs.

    I paid for this, what I don’t understand is if it’s covered by geeksquad the problem is listed as normal wear and tear I’ve had the pc for six months but I was still charged $100 plus tax for diagnostics and informed that it’ll be out of pocket if parts need to be swapped out. What is the point of buying a warranty if it fees like nothing is covered?
