I always buy the Geek Squad protection. Can NOT say enough as to how great the folks are and how well they stand behind the products. I've had to use their protection only 3 times in the last 15 years and they have always been the best at service after the sale.

Purchase a like model 2 1/2 years ago. While moving computer I dropped it. I had 3 months left on my old plan. They were unable to repair so I received an upgrade as the old was was no longer available. It happened during Black Friday sale so I got a new plan with refund.

The only protection plan worth buying. I’ve never had a problem, instead I’ve only experienced great interactions. Whenever something breaks or stops working, they just get me a new product and that’s it. In addition, if they no longer have the product, they give me back the credit towards another product.

hands down worth every penny. Geek squad troubleshot and fixed an issue i had on my laptop with my keyboard not responding by running a software program i didnt know existed and they fixed the issue the same day. Their customer service is both professional and friendly all while maximizing efficiency to get you on your way quicker. I fully recommend purchasing Geek Squad Protection for ALL major purchases!

For it's price, this is definitely worth it. I personally keep things in good condition and I take care of all of my electronics, but it doesn't hurt to stay safe incase something were to go wrong!

Perfect for someone that wants a gaming PC and knows nothing about building one. This is my first gaming PC and it was easy to set up and make adjustments. nice style to it too. Fast boot up and a lot of storage and like that it is a SSD. I can run graphics on high/ultra with no lag

When I bought my cpu I only got the tower and keyboard combo. Just my luck, when I connected it all together my monitor would not display the picture. Of course by that time Best Buy had already shut down for the night. So I chatted with an agent from The Squad for any assistance they could offer. It was definitely the easiest and most satisfying call I've had. Thank You!!
