Geek squad was pretty respectful and very nice to me, help me out which got me my new computer because luckily I was able to return my old one on the last day which had a popped or blown out of capacitor. So instead of going or having to wait for my PC to be repaired I just returned it and got another one.

The employees at The geek squad were a professional, helpful and friendly. They resolved my problem. However I was not told that there was a fee. Because of the lack of a complete explanation at the time of purchase I canceled my geek squad account. I was not told that there would be a fee.

Good value for the price. Have not used it yet but geek squad has always been easy to work with

Excellent insurance offered by Best Buy. It gives me peace of mind if my computer breaks down. You just call or email and they will come out to your house and conduct a quick test. Then if unable to repair you will receive a new item what you paid for not a refurbished one like other company’s.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and worth the cost when purchasing big items! One of the items I bought stopped working. But in tandem with my Best Buy membership, and the geek squad, I was able to return the item with absolutely no issue after the normal return period. As always: read your paperwork before signing to be sure you understand how it works. Well worth the money. Sure saved me some headaches and heartaches! THANK YOU Best Buy!

i will always tell everyone to get the protection plan. i ended up having a problem with a gaming pc that i got and thank god i had the protection because about 2 weeks in it started to have a LOT of problems and when i ended up taking it in they spoke with me about all my options and ended up returning it for a full refund then my sales rep who helped me the first time along with his boss along with another employee until they found a replacement.

I love having the peace of mind knowing that my purchases are protected. Electronics and appliances used to last a person decades if proper care and maintenance were provided. That’s not the reality anymore especially as fast as our tech advances. Buying an expensive electronic is much easier knowing that you have support for 3 years

Geek Squad has helped me with everything. I'm not tech savvy but they have helped explain things for me in the simplest way possible. The Geek Squad protection plan is an absolute MUST HAVE when you buy anything from here. They know what they're doing!
