These guys are life savers!! Plain and simple nothing can be said about these guys in a negative form... not only did the fix my computer in the spot but they were very professional and respectful. I would recommend these guys to anyone.. by the time I left there i wanted to bring the guy home to show my kids what respect was!!

I had this for the first year when I purchased my laptop. I did in fact used it multiple times due to continually noticing that my laptop was damaged both superficially and software wise unfortunately. After getting the abundant help needed and not noticing additional damages, I decided to discontinue services due to becoming expensive and quite unaffordable for me.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the accidental damage plans! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects, drops, spills and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

Great computer for the price. The graphics are amazing and I could not be happier with the speed and memory.

I spent quite a bit on my son's computer for Christmas. I don't usually buy the Geek Squad Protection plan, however decided to do so since this gift was spendy! THANK GOD I DID! The computer was a LEMON! I was able to replace the whole computer because the Geek Squad couldn't figure how to fix it.

I love that Best Buy offers warranties for purchase. I prefer to buy from Best Buy because the ease of using their warranties is amazing! It’s easy, convenient and it’s reassuring to have a warranty just in case you need it.

I haven't had to use this yet, but it has come in handy for past purchases. It is kind of spendy.

Glad that almost anything and everything that could happen is covered under the geek squad protection:)

Disappointed when my son’s gaming computer had a failure at just 3 months old ( just a single fan stopped working). I engaged with geek squad. Brought the device in, they said they had to ship it out. Tech said it all would be covered. After some hiccups between different service centers , I get a notification to call service center. Call back number didn’t work, so I called local store. They said repair would cost more than value of device? So we opted to ship us s new replacement one. Tech rep said this transaction ‘used up my accidental geek squad warranty, like an insurance deductible?’ He used the same sku number for replacement. We just got the computer yesterday, and the monitor receptor on the graphics card is different ( was dvi, now hdmi only). Soooooo,,, we’re still dead in the water. Gonna continue my battle via phone later today........

Was awesome!! Helped out tremendously when I got my pc shipped and it had a damaged graphics card, helped recommend a different pc with the same specs!

I’ve had them before and if anything goes wrong they can fix it.

We bought this program when we purchased new a laptop and computer. It has worked so well for us that we just renewed the service. The computer has a flaw that was not fixable so it was replaced with a new computer. We can take our computers, laptops, etc. in for a clean-up or any problem we might have and it is all covered under this service.

I spilled coffee on my laptop. I was panicked when I was not able to get any kind of a response from it. You can only imagine my relief when I took the laptop to the Geek squad and they provided me with a new computer. As it was, I ended up with an all-in-one fantastic computer that I love.
