Geek Squad service will always help you sleep better at night. Rest content knowing that the Geek Squad will be there if/when you need them. They are problem solvers, solution makers, and often saviors of a not-so-good going day. I would always recommend having this protection.

Thank the Lord I had accidental geek squad protection. My computer was unable to be fixed but I did get my full payment back for the purchase subtracting the geek squad amount. This allowed me to replace my computer quickly and easily.

Haven’t had to use yet luckily but well worth the money for the peace of mind if the system decides to exit life early

I purchased this plan for my laptop computer. So far I haven't had to use it for this item. I have had the plan before for a desktop computer and had to bring it in for service. They fixed my issue in a timely manner and were very good about explaining the details of the work they performed.

So far so good can not complain about the company.

I dropped my computer and the screen cracked and half of it went black luckily i had protection on it and they sent it to get fixed no problem

I'm glad I have the option to have the assurance that if my product breaks, I can get it fixed for free

I purchased Best Buy's 3-year GSP to protect my recently purchased HP Omen 30L (5700G/6700XT) desktop PC! As long as Best Buy offers their GSP, I will always purchase them for high ticket items and not their TotalTech membership!

Great peace of mind having this protection. A good way to protect your investment/purchase. My old computer just stopped working. I couldn't recover rare pictures. The geek squad did and transfered them over to my new computer. I will back them up now of course.

I bought an HP tower with an I3 CPU for $299, $100 off regular price of $399. I used my savings to buy Geek Squad Protection for 3 years. If the computer doesn't work, I take it to my local BestBuy store and they either fix it or give me an equal (or better) new one. No having to box up and send off! I really like the convenience!

I got geek squad accidental damage protection for a gaming PC. A water spill ruined the gpu. Liars at the store told me they didn’t have to fix it because I didn’t have a plus membership; I had to read back the ADP agreement to them. They took six weeks to replace the gpu with several inconsistent excuses as to why. One of these excuses was that they were waiting on a replacement gpu from the manufacturer (cyber power pc), which was a lie (it came back to me with a second-hand HP Omen gpu). The replacement gpu runs obscenely hot. Geek squad ADP used to be the best warranty in the business. They’re dead to me now.

Grate service they offer I really recommend it. You never know when it’ll come in hand.

Nice to have peace of mind for the next 2 years that Best Buy will take care of my computer if something happens to it. It is simply insurance for your computer at an affordable rate.

For myself, when purchasing any electronics above $75-$100, I always purchase the warranty. Nothing better than knowing I can walk in and replace it for up to 3-4 years. My Sony Gold headset crapped out on me and I got store credit because they were out. EZ PZ.
