the best protection i have i was able to use it to repair my phone and i pad at no cost, they also installed washer and dryer as part of the service. only issue is how long it takes to get in to see a geek squad member. hopefully it will get better

geek squad, is overrated, stand in line, forever. if they take the unit in for repair takes a week or more to get it back.

It s very good service and my computer is still working good on 2 year now never slow or damage

Helps if we have difficulties in the first 2 years. Worth the cost.

Geek squad installed my new Television, Internet Expanded EERO Service that has improved reception and quick and excellent access for internet phone systems.

I love this computer it works for me as it fits on my desk and doesn't cause any clutter. I can also play my games on it and it doesn't lag.

Great backup when needed for anything technical and help get you going again

Had to use this on a new computer I purchased. Arrived DOA, Geek Squad instantly diagnosed the issue and had me back on my PC very quickly!

They checked out the Open Box PC for free already. But this is needed incase anything happens!

Very good computer protection. I only purchased for 1 year. I think it’s enough for what I need it for.

I actually didn't need help setting it up and I am not tech savvy I feel good with 5 kids that best buy has a warranty for about everything and I know that if it gets broken I didnt waste 600 the extra 200 for 3 yrs os well worth the piece of mind.
