Geek squad always a good purchase, you never know when something will happen. 2year accident protection gives you peace of mind.

I purchased the geek squad protection for the HP Desktop that I purchased at Best Buy and I am glad I did . You never know when you will have an issue arise and it gives you a sense of knowing that you will have them there when you need them.

I decided to purchase this geek squad product protection. My son had purchased it for several years and have been very pleased. Actually he swears by it. It has been a great value.

I purchase this protection on all electronics that I purchase at Best Buy. I never think about purchasing electronics anywhere else because I know that Best Buy will stand behind their products.

It was one of the best Maintance agreements I have ever made. I have been able to utilize the service of the agreement on numerous occasions during very important projects.

I called because I thought I had a camera included with my new computer but the agent was able to check my purchase and let me know it was not included. But he did suggest what I needed to do.

Like how with this protection plan, that I can just take the items to the store and they help.me figure out the right next step.

One thing they didnt tell me upon purchase was that while it does *Cover* the computer, that almost all components would not be within a window where they would be serviced at the location. I just had a cracked glass screen, and instead of a simple swap where they send it (thing was shattered, literally. Not a repair but a replace) it would take 3-6 weeks to get back. Kicker? Id have to send my *Whole* pc in instead of the glass itself.

I buy Geek Squad protection on all the products I buy at BestBuy as I do not want to be looking for the "right" technician to fix any problems that might arise over the years. Similarly, if I need technical assistance I have it over the phone, in person or at my home.

Yes it was good never know when your drink spills on it any covered is better for me and I don’t know what it was like to be with out the protection they offer great plan get it
