The Geek Squad Protection has worked out for us several times.

I’m very happy that I purchased the extra warranty. Whenever I had a problem with my computer, Geek Squad would gladly assist me and resolve my problems. I highly recommend it !

I HAVE REALLY FEEL NO ANXIETY KNOWING I HAVE THIS PROTECTION IN CASE I WOULD EVER NEED IT. JUST NEVER KNOW WHEN THERE WOULD BE A SITUATION THAT WOULD OCCUR FOR YOU TO NEED THIS SERVICE.

I love this because if anything happens to my computer in the next year that is not covered by the warranty I don't have to worry about it. Within a year of I will not have saved up enough to replace my computer so this is a great alternative

The guys at the rockaway nj facility are great. They help us with several of our phones. They even went beyond to figure out the problem. We are grateful for their knowledge and how polite they are .

Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

Best value for the money. Dont normally buy warranties but with technology I feel safer having the protection. After all these are made by men at some point. Need I say more

Always better to have accidental protections and not need them. With the lifestyles today I always buy the warranties with all electronics.
