Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. I do highly recommend for any device you have available for any accidental damage.

Always handles my issues for my PC. Offers service when you first make your PC purchase to clear to free up space and check for viruses.

Most excellent service item and looks great and easy to use and fun to have for yourself.

This provides protection although calling to schedule service is mostly horrible. The actual insurance it provides is wonderful.

Agents helped set up my new desktop and transferred my hard drive data. Great guys.

geek squad knows best but helps and protects my stuff when i need it. trust me stay protected. Wish i would have bought two years..

This protection product is just the right thing i need for my product, especially after spending that much on a computer set.

If you buy anything at best buy over $100 make sure to purchase this item. It will help you if anything breaks or if you tneed tech support.

Haven’t needed to use it but there are many perks to purchasing. Recently purchased for my Switch Lite along with other previous items.

I always get the Geek Squad protection. I’ve had to call them a couple of times for other thugs and they always came through with no hassles. Definitely worth the investment.

Hopefully worth getting just incase something does go wrong, especially on unmarked refurbished products...
