Geek Squad protection plans are a little expensive. The Geek Squad Agents are Dreat and easy to work with they will help you . The plan is a great thing to have.

I love my new computer. And I am 66 years old. So I feel like I have immediate backup if I struggle with something. Thank yiu

Tried to refund a geek squad warranty, was told by corporate it would be no issue, they gave issues and tried to keep my money on a gift card for there store. Ive has 1200 lost in a gift card before with Bestbuy. It was terrible service and the red head manager was laughing the whole time. Terrible character for a manager, a person at that. I work hard for my money as we all do. For a company to take my money when it can be refunded to my debit. He as an employee went Against there policy. Just spent over 1.5k in February of 2025 to be treated like this.

The extra warranty has paid off for me several times, wouldn’t get a pc without a 2 year BB warranty

You have to get this if you are buying something and you or someone else that might use the product is clumsy. This way, you can get a replacement just in case.

I haven’t need to use it yet but I’m sure it will be fine. Nothing like the safety of having your product covered.

Yes get it so they can fix it or replace it. get total tech and it cuts the cost of the plan down

I brought in a PC I had purchased in March, but it was unable to be repaired. Best Buy replaced the PC with a new PC having similar specs, and issued a new 3 year service plan to go with it. Total out-of-pocket, $0.00. Good work, guys
