Geek Squad always come through for me. Anytime I have a question or need they fix it.

I would highly recommend protection plan.. it has saved me Time and worry..totally worth the money. They fixed the sound on my TV immediately...

The agents fixed diagnosed my pc a couple times. Fixed it once or twice and then gave me a new one when it wasn’t working completely.

A must for any large purchase at a fair price. Geek Squad would be my go to for service or repair anyway. I trust Geek Squad Protection.

I wont buy anything without geek squad protection. It has been a little slow with the pandemic and everything, but that's to be expected.

Great service to have saves time and money,but they need more people working for them, two week wait for date install.

Agent investigate flawed PC. Was able to discover what was wrong with it and allowed easy replacement of defective item.

One thing they didnt tell me upon purchase was that while it does *Cover* the computer, that almost all components would not be within a window where they would be serviced at the location. I just had a cracked glass screen, and instead of a simple swap where they send it (thing was shattered, literally. Not a repair but a replace) it would take 3-6 weeks to get back. Kicker? Id have to send my *Whole* pc in instead of the glass itself.

Great for a Piece of Mind when buying an electronic device that can have anything happen to it.

I bought this on a new TV , the plan gave me peace of mind in case something goes out. I have purchased several plans and they are worth it .

Geek squad helped me with a cell phone. They set up replacement and I received it within 5 days

I have not used it yet but it never hurts to hire this insurance

I always purchase accidental protection when it is offered because you never know when something can happen to accidentally damage a product that you paid hard earned money for.
