Need to have protection for your investments! Never know what could happen

This service is amazing! I have used with a PC and will always purchase it over and over! It is honestly as advertised, would buy again and again!

Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

If you drop it or spill something on it, you just take it back to BestBuy (any store) and they either fix it or give you a new one. No boxing it up and shipping it back to the manufacturer. Highly recommended!

I bought this protection plan for a gaming desktop computer. I love having the peace of mind that if anything happens it will be covered for such an expensive purchase.

I have used the Geek Squad for several years now. They help keep my computers clean and up to date. They are always courteous and always very skilled. When ever I have an issue, I know they can get it cleared up.

They have always been helpful when we need them. And quickly replaced defective items which was completely out of theit control. I recommend this for any high end electric item!!

Agents at geek squad desk were brusk and not particularly friendly. I was told by the sales person that the transfer of data from my old machine would only be 1 day. Geek squad said it would be 5 days. They need to be consistent. They also did not fully describe what would and would not be transferred. It took me several days to get my new computer working as well as my old one.

I just got this today but it sounds like it will be great if i ever need it.

I purchase this protection on all electronics that I purchase at Best Buy. I never think about purchasing electronics anywhere else because I know that Best Buy will stand behind their products.

I purchased the geek squad protection for the HP Desktop that I purchased at Best Buy and I am glad I did . You never know when you will have an issue arise and it gives you a sense of knowing that you will have them there when you need them.

It was one of the best Maintance agreements I have ever made. I have been able to utilize the service of the agreement on numerous occasions during very important projects.

I have experience with the warranty before and is really great, worth every cent!

I called because I thought I had a camera included with my new computer but the agent was able to check my purchase and let me know it was not included. But he did suggest what I needed to do.
