The Geek Squad has been responsive and handled all problems I have had with the computer.

This is something that I'm not that sure about but I'm sure I'll enjoy just as much one more time I feel the prices are the best I've seen around

Geek squad is very professional and has been able to fix my computers many times. I would never purchase any computer without the protection.

The protection plan is great but the repair they give it 4-6 weeks so be prepared to be without whatever your repair is. The update on the repair needs improvements I had to reach out often after 3 weeks. If they can fix those issues I would give 5 stars

It is valuable to be able to reach the Geek squad any time. I did not realize that most desktops do not come with webcams. This past weekend I had a video conference with a family member who is out of state. The Geek squad told me what I needed, and my family was able to enjoy the video conference as scheduled.

One thing they didnt tell me upon purchase was that while it does *Cover* the computer, that almost all components would not be within a window where they would be serviced at the location. I just had a cracked glass screen, and instead of a simple swap where they send it (thing was shattered, literally. Not a repair but a replace) it would take 3-6 weeks to get back. Kicker? Id have to send my *Whole* pc in instead of the glass itself.

This is one of the best parts of my computer as now i can call for help when needed

One of the best computers I've ever had. It does everything I want it to and more. Setup was a breeze. My games are so much more fun on this computer. The sound is amazing and the picture is awesome.

The price of a Geek Squad warranty is quite expensive. There should be an option to download a hard-copy of the warranty - just in case.

i got this service. i never had the experience to use it because I didn't know what the service fully covered. I called some people who work there and he or she told me that I have to bring the product inside the store or pay full price for service.

Best buy has the best extended warranty program and at a good value. I highly recommend it to anyone making a large purchase. I have it for computers and video game systems and phones but i wouldnt buybit for a game.

Clumsy? Purchase. Got kids? PURCHASE! GOT A HUSBAND? PURCHASE!! Lol but no its definitely worth it and you never know when you may need it. I strongly recommend , but be careful always ask what each warranty includes..some are not worth it.

I got a full refund, although in store credit, for a computer that i bought which which broke down just 2 months out of manufacturers warranty.

They are great when i need help and the expertise.

what a life saver!!! i brought my brand new tablet home and somehow the screen was cracked when i opened the box. I could have argued the warranty, but that was going to be such a hassle. The geeksquad replaced it without any questions!
