It was pricey but I like to have that security knowing everything will get fixed. I'm really writing this for the bonus point from best buy. Thanks for reading.

I ordered multiple as I have four children that each got one. Three of which had a glitch shortly after opening them and froze. I considered sending it back, or going to get repaired but I can't seem to figure out which is which.
