I love my geek squad service. All my equipments get extended warranty... it is worth the value.

Worth it! Bought a tablet for a kindergartener so I got the protection plan "Just in case." We made it four months before I had to take it in. Long story short, the tablet was replaced with a new one thanks to the protection plan. I purchased it for the new tablet as well. Just in case.

I buy exclusively from Best Buy because they have the best protection program. I love it!

I’ve used Geek Squad in the past and they’re good at what they do… They can fix cracked screens, bugs, and also add new features to your devices… They find the problem then explain in detail how it affects your device and what can be done about it, and the cost isn’t very expensive…

I love this Microsoft Surface Pro warranty. Just wish they had a 5 year option.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

This is great especially for any electonics you might buy as a gift or present.

I prefer to buy my electronics at best buy because of the ease of receiving quality care when things go wrong. Often you have to really advocate for yourself with the staff almost like they are trained to deny you service but once you get them on board their service is usually great. I had one really hard instance that makes this purchase my last time with best buy if it happens again. This is my third surface from BB. I bought a Surface 4 still going great and got support. Then for my partner I got a new Microsoft Go at best buy, few months later the screen got cracked with a drop. They said they wont replace the screen but the whole computer. We got it replaced but it came back unusably slow. We returned it and the second one came back also unusably slow. No matter how many time we asked them why we could barely run word processor on it they just said it was the computers specs but before we gave it to them it ran better and they should sell computers that cant handle more than one web tab or a word processor. I wont trust their refurbished goods in the future and just hope this isnt an issue again.

I recommend this if your buying for a child because they are accident prone. My daughter got a tablet for Christmas, two days later it was cracked because she left it on thr floor and the dog walked across it. Best Buy replaced it no questions asked.

Would highly recommend this product. Needed a new laptop for nursing school, this was the perfect option. Super fast,lightweight and wasy to use. Love the quality of the picture amd the touch screen :)

Geek Squad is a must. So many countless times when electronics go haywire they have saved us.

Feels good to know that I have some protection for atleast a year. Update: Not gonna take away from geek squad but for the purchase of the device already gave me protection plan for free, i kinda knew that already but my wife wanted to pay the extra for geek squad protection. Guess let yall know about if and when have to use it.
