I haven't had to use this service yet, but it is nice knowing it is available.

We always purchase protection even though you never want to have to use it. Unfortunately we have needed the warranty in the past for a number of products and Best Buy has been easy to work with in getting issues resolved. Nice to have if/when something happens. Piece of mind.

Geek service was fast and easy it was super easy to make a appointment online i didnt have to wait long and the team member was very knowledgeable

I’ve always bought the warranty on high ticket items it’s worth the money to have the peace of mind. Don’t skimp if your spending the money get protection. Do you drive without insurance?

I am sooo glad I purchased the warranty because I needed to return my kids tablets and the process was literally seamless. I told them the issues, they looked up my warranty and swapped my tablet for a new one that instant and I was on my way back home. The whole process took maybe 10 min max

I highly recommend getting the geek squad protection on all your purchased that it is available for. I have never seen a warranty service as good as this. When they say if they cant fix it they will replace it they mean it

You cannot beat this! Definitely purchase this with your tablet, it is well worth the money. It covers accidental breakage with a replacement. Like I said, you can't beat it!

I always buy the protection plan on high end items. The geek squad is very helpful and assists me with problems I have during set up and learning how to operate my tablet or other electronics, They are very patient.

Protection plan purchased just in case. Don’t need to use yet as the tv has manufactured protection, however got extra protection just in case.

Purchased on a tablet for my son. The screen on the tablet broke when he simple tossed the tablet (while in a protective case) onto a soft couch. Geek squad replaced the tablet no questions asked! Love this service.

Fortunately I have not had to use the Geek Squad service as yet since I only recently purchased my Galaxy tablet and the 2 year service plan. Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality of the service related to this purchase However, based on past experiences with purchases at Best Buy, I have been satisfied with Geek Squad services.

This extended warranty plan is a must have for electronics. Gives you good protection for exchange if something goes wrong
