The geek squad protection is the best you can ever have!!! Dont forget to add ot!!!

Was skeptical at first about to get in the geek squad service. With the way our four-year-old daughter is with her other devices I knew that it would be a wise decision.

This plan is very good and therefore I will recommend it to family members. I loved it and I will keep on using it.

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

for me it is important to have it, electronic equipment has no word of honor and this is peace of mind.

I always purchase the Accidental Geek Sqaud protection plans for my electronic and appliance purchases. I had it on a 8 inch Fire HDR. The speakers were defective and they replaced it with a smile. I shop Best Buy frequently.

Haven't needed to use this yet. I hope I won't ever need to, but I'm glad I have it. I've worked with the Geeks with another device and been very satisfied with the service.

Bought the geek squad plan for my tablet. The store and the plan are both great. I often buy the plans because I don't always have time to return a defective product within the return period. Better to have than be stuck without.

I purchased the protection plan for the computer a bought for my son. he dropped the computer and shattered the screen within a very short time. The computer was replaced without any question. I would recommend the plan highly.

A must have just in case you will needed it. Don't overthink it

Had to use it to protect a device I had problems with a year in after manufacturer’s warranty expired. Covered it at no additional cost and was able to replace with a brand new product!

Protection is protection. I get these on certain electronics. I always seem to get the latest and greatest devices so the price of service, replacement or help it is a value.

My kids use the tablet n it has every feature that i need for them.

My expectatipns were surpassed with the Samsung note & S pen I had read good reviews, also being that I like to both write stories and also create the illiastrations also for them this is a great way to cover my bases in these areas.

I love this for my great granddaughter I have had to use it before when she has broken her iPad. I had no problem getting it replaced they were very understanding.
