Amazing customer service and great product to use for my tablet

This service is a little over priced but Glad I had this coverage even thought they could not connect to it in order to assist me via online; had to bring in my ms surface pro 4 in to Best Buy in order to have my problem solved.

I can't say enough about the service we have received from the Geek Squad! A great bunch of people and went out of their way at Saratoga store!

Nothing is better than having the geek squad behind your product. Best perk is you go right to the store with any problems and they can help you right there. No sending it out and waiting on who knows who fixing your product.

Having geek squad protection is great to have as it is convenient to use should you have a problem with your electronics. Take it in or call and problem gets fixed without you having to figure out what’s wrong.

is great that best buy offer this protection for the equipment that you buy, and is easy to get, i hope I never used, but if I will use, best buy will be supported excellent.

I got the insurance due to my son has butterfingers. To add on the problem he thinks he can carry multiple items at the same time.

I have had to use this with a few items over the years and have been pleased. With the receipts being able to be pulled up from my account to fast replacement. Much easier than dealing with the manufacture.

i love to have accidental plan protection its very useful to me because my son is super wild boy, i dont need to worry if he accidentally broke i have a protection.

The agents are very knowledgeable and very usefule if your kids happen tondrop there's and crack screen only down side is it takes a while for repairs during holidays

My son always breaks his kindle. I think we have gone through 4 of them since 2011 but this plan protects against any damage that can't be fix, it will get replaces and if one isn't available, it will be upgraded.

I've had to call them, and they lead me through it or take control of your computer. It's great, you don't have to take it in.

Had a tablet that stopped working. The Geek Squad sent it right out to get it repaired. Contacted me to let me know it couldn’t be repaired and help to get a replacement.
