I have always been pleased with the professional help the Geeks have always offered each time I call or bring my tablet in for repair or operation understanding.

Great had two issues with a brand new tablet both times easy check in stand out for repairs second time could not be repaired and exchanged for the same model

I have been a Geek Squad member for about 5 years and would never go without it. Whether it be an annual renewal or a new plan for a new computer purchased for someone as a gift, it is a must to have for peace of mind!

Expensive, but the peace of mind definitely helps.

With the Microsoft Surface Pro 3's recall for defective hardware, I was able to upgrade my damaged surface pro 3 under Geek Squad warranty for a new Surface Pro 4. Note I really do not see a different between the 3 and 4.

If you can afford this, always purchase it. I only wish that when you purchase multiple items at one this you had a option get a bundle deal at a discounted price.

Definitely a necessity when you have a 6-year-old boy! I highly recommend, rather be safe than sorry not a bad price either!
