I purchased the 2 year plan and it gives me real peace of mind because it covers everything. Geek Squad has already been very helpful in helping get everything set up on my tablet. I love it. It even covers me if I drop it or something.

Love is warranty the best in the market Never had a problem If they can't fix it they will refund your money

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

I purchased my first Geek Squad protection plan quite a few years ago when I bought a laptop... I have renewed my support plan ever since. The support and service, in store and otherwise, is unmatchable. This one was for my grandson.

very necessary protection plan to maintain I've purchased it for other items purchased from B.B & fortunately hacen't had to use it much cause products are sound & Good!

I am so glad that I purchased this 2 years protection plan for my son's AMAZON tablet. It will be covered incase of an accident. If item is not repairable, then it will be replace.

Never say never, especially if you can squeeze out the extra money. The alternative can be a really rude shock.

Did The Accidental protection for my grandson's tablet, he was 10, seemed to be a good idea. Haven't had to use it so far, but if he broke it I'd be sure glad I had it.

Bought the warranty for a tablet. The tablet stopped working. Took it back to the store and no hassle exchange. Made my confidence in Best Buy shoot up to 100%. Will never buy an electronic device again without this warranty

I have not had to use this but if I did or when I'd guess I do I will write a review and I would recommend always getting some sort of warranty for peace of mind

I always like be covered on warranty for my tech stuff. This is a good option.

with cost of repair almost same as replacement and repairability score of 1 out of 10 makes this coverage worth the money. for all insurance product/program, think of it as fire extinguisher. you have it in case u have fire.

First for the $15 it cost me for accidental droppage it was definitely worth the extra money even though the tablet was only worth $50 the $15 came in handy really quick and there was no issues when needing to cash in on it

Two Samsung tablets went bad in the first two years of use. Both were out of warrenty and repair costs were too expensive. Totally recommend geek squad warrenty on a tablet.

Always buy the protection plans. It’s well worth the money. I have purchased all of the protection plan through Best Buy geek squad from tablet to all of my major appliances.
