i’m very happy with my device :) !!! very good customer service!

I am hoping the protection plan is like in the past but as of right now we havent had to use it. We have heard it has changed by people that bought it and tried to use it but do not know for sure cause we were told when we bought it it was the same. So i would recommend it but i would also tell what i heard.

So glad I bought this protection. I had a pair of headphones break off in the jack and even tho they couldn't remove it they replaced the tablet with no problem at all, well worth it to get this

excellent protection becausd i have 4 children under 6 years old and they fo accidentally drop it and crack the screen. well wirth the money.

I bought warranty but I need to pay to replace my brand new tablet that didn’t work.

This warranty came in handy.Especially with 2 toddlers who are constantly watching their shown on their tablet. No hassle quick replacement.

Very Satisfied with my protection plan, Amazon Fire Tablet 10 quit charging ,,,It takes an HDMI charger so I went to the store and Exchanged The Amazon Fire Tablet 10 for a new one ,,,,I had a 1 year warranty so I had to purchase another 1 year warranty to cover any cracks or spills on the Tablet

Never had to use yet but is worth the piece of mind just having it. If something happens it is worth it to know it is taken care of.

Worth the money. We didnt have to use it, but if we needed to it would have beenworth it.
