The Geek Squad has helped me many times & is well worth the cost. The agent that set up my Samsung SE Tablet was very helpful & patient with me as I am not a hi tech person.

First off the agents are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick about filing claim for me. I got my device back look brand new.

This protection plan is very important along with our purchases in the event any of our devices have any issues

If is taking forever to get bac km a tablet that I turned in weeks ago. I'm fairly certain they need to just give me a new one. Not sure what's taking so long. Oh, and they were very rude about the appointment times they do now. They schedule blocks of time which are 20 minutes long. I assumed that was my window to come and drop it off. No, they want you to come at te beginning of that time frame. I was a little late and live over 30 minutes away. When I arrived, the kid told me I had to reschedule. He was literally standing there doing nothing. Very annoying and rude. I would still recommend getting a warranty, though. Best Buy typically has a great policy.

Happy that Best Buy offers extended protection for my technology so don't have to be worried about kids using it.

Very satisfied with the protection plan offered by Best Buy. Accidentally broke my tablet and got a new one no questions asked. Also offered my money back if item was not in stock.

It's always good to have a back up plan. Fortunately, we haven't had to use it

You will need protection on any device or item that can break. I've used Geek Squad for years and had one issue that was quickly resolved.

IT'S A GOOD SIZED TABLET FOR WHEN YOU REALLY DON'T NEED TO USE YOUR LAPTOP/COMPUTER. JUST WISH IT HAD AN SD SLOT TO PROVIDE MORE MEMORY

the agents replaced the screen on my tablet. they also notified me of every step they took to be able to replace the screen.

I cracked my screen, and I sent it out via geek squad since I had the protection plan. A few weeks later they were able to replace my tablet
