they replaced my Granddaughters tablet, when they were unable to fix it, worth the price given the price of a nice tablet these days

It was totally worth getting. Any problem you may have the Geek squad is there to fix it no matter what.

To be honest some of the things you buy don't truly break until your warranty is over so it would be so nice to renew it before that happens.

Geek squad has been great for me. I had a Fitbit go bad before manufacturer warranty went out and the process was very easy to get it replaced. Much better than dealing with manufacturer.

Used this plan after someone knocked my surface pro off a desk and onto a hard floor. They have already taken care of the issue.

Getting a tablet protection plan is a no-brainer. So one in my home will eventully n3ed hecause my are rough on things
