They replaced my surface when I took it in, thought it was kind of goofy I was given a used replacement but I guess you can't really expect companies to be truly outstanding when it comes to that.

2-year a accidental protection plan is a good buy. Electronics seem to have a short life anymore.

There was a recall on the power supply of my Surface and because I had this warranty they allowed me to receive credit for what I paid for it almost 2 years ago towards the purchase of a brand new one!

Bought this table for both of my older kids and they love it. It is so easy to use for school work and just fun and games

I love bestbuys geek squad it is easy to use but getting ahold of anyone at bestbuy is like pulling out teeth. I hate there automatic service.

Love the GEEK SQUAD, and all the services they offer. Since I am known to have butterfingers this extra sense if security feels good.

Hopefully we won't have to use this, however the service is for our tablet we just got for our daughter. So its a possibility it'll get broken.

Cover my device even on the last month of warrenty. They gave me a brand new one. Even offered me an extended warrenty

This computer is amazing. It has performed wonderfully.

Since I bought my Surface Pro 4 I've had to use the plan twice. Both times were my own clumsiness, and my issues were taken care of very quickly. The service folks were professional and competent.
