I was having "phantom touches" on my SP3 and it would have had to be replaced to fix it. But since it was old I was able to trade it in with a Surface Pro 4. It was very simple and easy.

Protection plan bought for my Mom on the off chance that she broke something. This was to.make sure if anything happens she can get it fixed.

Purchased the two year accidental geek squad protection. Accidental coverage is a must for a Surface Pro 4 for a college student. Included with the protection is a free battery replacement.

I never regret getting the 2 year plan. Manufacturers usually only offer 1 but with Best Buy Geek Squad, I can take it in and have a solution that day - for 2 years, without a penalty.

Bought one year warrant on tablets that covers anything. Even if its your fault. Never know if your going to need it.

I purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan for all of my high dollar Best Buy purchases. Inexpensive and when it is needed it more than pays for itself.

The tv works great and good color . It is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter

guess I accidentally bought the 1yr, meant to get the 2yr. I'm not sure if 1yr is enough or even worth it...but 2+ years are definitely a must buy.

Been great so far, even with kids using it. No scratches and cleans easy.
