Geek squad is as helpful as anything can be in every aspect ., very quick when an issue occurs and an item needs fixing and very helpful employees in and out of the store .

This was such a wonderful surprise for my 7yr old granddaughter. The fire tablet is just right for a starter tablet. She's able to use it for school work and fun time and the added Amazon connection is a plus. I was able to download age appropriate apps for her and she loves it! Im in awe to how she easily and fast learned to manage this tablet

My old tablet was not fixable but i had a protection warranty so they gave me a new one free and of course i paid for another protection warranty!! The Geek squad are so helpful and do the right thing for the customer!!!
