I highly recommend getting this added protection. I have yet to not use it and been extremely happy with the results and customer service I have experienced.

I highly recommend anyone buying products to get a warranty plan. You never know what can happen and you should make sure your product is protected.

I bought warranty but I need to pay to replace my brand new tablet that didn’t work.

I am so glad i bought this protection otherwise i would have had to buy a new tablet when my boy cracked his lucklybi was able to go into the store and they where able to give a brand new tablet !

Always a great choice to purchase protection on any electronic.

Wish I can use it, but there's no way to determine which product is which as you need information such as the product serial number along with the receipt. I ordered multiple as I have four children that each got one. Three of which had a glitch shortly after opening them and froze. I considered sending it back, or going to get repaired but I can't seem to figure out which is which.

A must for any tech purchase. Very knowledgeable people and always not only take care of the problems, but give additional knowledge on your product.

Luckily i haven't had to use this plan yet. If i hadn't purchased it im sure we would have a different story. But this projection gives me peace of mind.

Everything went great no problems whatsoever with the service.

Purchased as a backup for "Just in Case". Glad to have it and glad that we didn't have to use it. With all the accidents that could happen it nice to have.

With my Son you never know if he is going to drop the table, this gives me peace of mind!

Love the protection it adds. I've only had to use it a few times with various devices but if you're clumsy like me it's worth the little extra money.

This is a great warranty, I do strongly recommend it. They just replaced the malfunctioned items fore right away with a hassle-free.

I purchase it to keep from being sorry that I didn't. I use it a lot. I just make the appointment, show up at the appointment, and Geek Squad just takes care of it.

The extra cost definitely was something but the value was appreciated when it came in handy.

I have not had to use it on this item. But I had the warranty on an iPod 5th gen and was really glad I did. Had to use it more than once on that item. But I think it has changed as far as what it covers since then so you would need to check really well what it covers. It replaced it with a new not refurbished one for me.

Insurance is very important on any appliance. I always add Insurance in case of problems!
