My sons tablet screen cracked, we had a service plan just in case something like this would happen, brought it in and it was replaced

It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.

To me, this is always worth the purchase for my peace of mind on technology. Technology items can stop working so easily. If I spend a ton of money on something, I don't want to waste it because of something silly. Worth it every time for technology items.
